This Cookie Policy explains how Moserly Technologies Private Limited (“Moserly”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at moserly.com and in the Moserly application. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. Moserly is a business tool and we keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2What cookies are

Cookies can be “session” (deleted when you close the browser) or “persistent” (kept until they expire or are cleared), and “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by a provider we use).

We use cookies and similar technologies to: keep you securely signed in and maintain your session; protect the site and forms against abuse and bots; and remember basic preferences so the product works properly. These are strictly necessary for the Services to function.

If we introduce optional analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
5Third-party cookies
Some features rely on third parties who may set their own cookies when you use them — for example Cloudflare (bot protection) and, if you choose it, Google sign-in. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies. Payments are handled on our gateway’s pages, which set their own cookies.
6Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to block them. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in or using core parts of the Services, since they are required for authentication and security.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes to our technologies or the law. The version and effective date at the top show the latest revision.
